- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI using Figma and AVIV’s Gemini Design System.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to define problems, explore ideas, and refine solutions.
- Participate in design critiques, workshops, and team rituals, sharing work regularly and learning from peers.
- Ensure design quality and consistency through design QA and close partnership with developers during implementation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a digital product or tech-led environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and proficiency in both UX and UI design.
- Skilled in Figma and comfortable working within design systems.
- Experienced in conducting or collaborating on user research and applying insights to iterate and improve designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
Benefits
- Opportunity to design for products that reach millions of users across Europe.
- Mentorship and collaboration with experienced designers in an international environment.
- A 3 day per week onsite hybrid setup and a culture built on learning, openness, and creativity.
- Access to modern design tools, user research partnerships, and ongoing growth programs.
- This will be a B2B contract.
If you’re a curious, detail-oriented designer who enjoys solving real user problems through design, we’d love to hear from you.
