As a GTM Engineer at Peakora, you will be leading client projects together with the project manager and help our clients to build full-scale AI-Lead Generation Systems. This can either come in an enablement format, where you guide and train the client, or it can be in a done-for-you format where we build the system for them. You will not just be tasked to build the tech, but also understand and consult the clients on what demand generation tactics work best for their business. Additionally, you will also support the core business itself with building the latest AI-GTM tactics and systems to drive demand generation internally.
Tasks
- Work closely together with our project managers and build end-to-end AI-Lead Generation Systems for our client
- Guide, consult, and teach our clients on the system as well as best-practice strategies for lead generation
- Build internal AI-GTM Systems to drive our own lead generation
- Self-develop yourself further and maintain thought leadership in the rapidly changing AI-Sales environment
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working in the field of building outbound lead generation systems
- Min. 1 year experience with Clay .com and additional outbound/database/signal tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus. Additional CRM experience as well.
- Experience with handling client projects and working in an agency environment on multiple projects
- Good communication skills
- Highly structured
- Do-er mentality
- Excellent English skills, German is a plus
- Strong interest in the AI-Sales space
- Strong self-motivation and capability to work fully remotely
- Able to work full-time or minimum 60% to start with
