As an Account Executive at Peakora, you will get the full-stack sales responsibilities to create demand, qualify prospects, run the full sales process, convert deals, and upsell existing clients. You will be supported by an already existing sales organisation and you will be equipped with the latest AI tools and most advanced conversion tactics - Because this is what we specialise in.

Aufgaben

  • Work closely together with Marketing and our GTM Engineering to build demand in our key markets (Starting with Swiss/DE SMBs)
  • Lead the entire consultative sales process from initial qualification to deal closing and hand over the new clients to our delivery team
  • Become an expert in the areas of AI-Lead Generation and AI-Sales, so you can maximise your sales conversion rates and consult prospects on this matter
  • Leverage your already existing network among SMBs and Startups, participate in industry-leading thought leadership events, and perform all that is needed to reach your goals

Qualifikation

  • 3 years of experience working as an account executive and selling similar agency or consultative offerings to SMBs
  • Understanding of modern AI lead gen systems and how to apply them
  • Experience working on mid-touch GTM deal sizes (20-40k)
  • Character combining the needed communication skills for sales with strong structural skills in operating RevOps and CRM tasks (automation is key!)
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus
  • Native Swiss-German is a must, as well as excellent German and English
  • Existing network within the Swiss SMB space
  • Hungry character that wants to grow and learn with lots of internal motivation
