The Role

Are you an ambitious operations professional who wants to take ownership of how a fast-growing company scales?

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing European company and help build the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure needed for its next stage of growth.

This is not a traditional corporate operations role. You will work across teams, technology, automation, and AI to solve operational challenges, improve efficiency, and build scalable ways of working.

The company is a fast-growing European brand experience business that designs and manufactures custom logo signage at scale, serving customers across Europe through multiple consumer brands. Founded in 2014, the company operates across Germany, Poland, and Sweden and combines people, technology, and operational excellence to build a highly scalable business.

In this role, you will take ownership of key operational areas across Design, Warehouse, Assembly, and Service Coordination, while working closely with leadership to improve performance, build scalable systems, and support the company's transition toward AI-driven operations.

Position: Senior Operations Manager
Full-Time | Wrocław, Poland

We are looking for a high-potential operations leader who combines strong analytical and people skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

The ideal candidate has grown within a tech-oriented, digital, scale-up, startup, or otherwise fast-moving environment and is comfortable taking ownership, solving problems, and building better ways of working.

We are open to different professional backgrounds. What matters most is that you have demonstrated career progression, increasing responsibility, and the ability to operate in dynamic environments where things are constantly evolving.

You will have significant ownership over operational performance and will work directly with leadership to improve efficiency, profitability, scalability, and the overall way the business operates.

Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations while continuously improving performance across cost, speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Design, optimize, and implement operational processes, workflows, automations, and software solutions that improve efficiency and execution.
  • Manage, coach, and develop teams across Design, Warehouse, Assembly, and Service Coordination.
  • Define and implement operational KPIs across departments and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Take ownership of operational budgets and financial performance, helping improve profitability and resource allocation.
  • Drive strategic operational initiatives that support long-term company growth and scalability.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and build practical, scalable solutions that improve execution and customer experience.
  • Lead initiatives around automation, AI tools, AI agents, and AI-native workflows as the company modernizes its operational infrastructure.
  • Partner closely with leadership to build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, continuous improvement, and execution.
  • Turn complex operational challenges into clear priorities, action plans, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in operations, business operations, strategy, consulting, logistics, manufacturing, technology, or another fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated career progression and increasing levels of responsibility, ideally including experience leading people, projects, or operational functions.
  • Experience working in a tech-oriented, digital, startup, scale-up, or otherwise dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to design and improve operational systems, workflows, and business processes.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience managing or coordinating multiple teams, functions, or stakeholders.
  • Strong financial understanding, including experience working with budgets, operational costs, profitability, or P&L-related metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach: you enjoy taking ownership, figuring things out, and building solutions rather than simply managing existing processes.
  • Experience with automation, AI tools, emerging technologies, or digital transformation is highly preferred.
  • Genuine interest in AI-native workflows, AI agents, automation, and the future of operations.
  • Strong prioritization and execution skills, with the ability to turn ideas into measurable results.
  • Fluent English (C1 or above) is required.
  • German or Polish is a plus.

Location: Wrocław, Poland

This is a Wrocław-based role. Candidates currently living in Wrocław are encouraged to apply, and candidates based elsewhere in Poland may also be considered if they are open to relocating to Wrocław.

The role has a hybrid structure, with the frequency of in-person work in the Wrocław office to be discussed with the hiring manager during the interview process.

Benefits

Why Join?

  • Take real ownership of how a rapidly growing company operates and scales.

  • Help shape the company's transition toward AI-native operations and automation.
