## Tasks

*   Planning and achieving sales targets for the department
*   Developing and optimizing sales department business processes
*   Analyzing department performance metrics and KPIs
*   Managing objections and assisting in closing deals
*   Attracting HNWI clients, selling investment products and advisory services across asset classes, primarily Private Equity (Pre-IPO), bonds, and structured products
*   Conducting regular client portfolio reviews to ensure risk levels align with planned targets
*   Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure premium service quality
*   Coordinating with the compliance department to ensure adherence to KYC and Due Diligence procedures and standards
*   Recruiting, training, and developing new employees to achieve results
*   Leading team meetings, briefings, and strategic sessions

## Requirements

*   Proven experience in the financial sector in a relevant position
*   Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and economic trends
*   Experience working with high-net-worth clients (HNWI)
*   Demonstrated success in sales
*   Strong ability to provide feedback and train employees
*   Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher)
*   Relevant higher education is an advantage
