## Your Responsibilities

* Expansion of existing reporting to create greater transparency about customer enquiries and activities within customer service.
* Analysis of data to identify process optimisations and uncover cost drivers.
* Preparation of special reports for individual interest groups (e.g. cooperation partners).
* Further development of a forecast (volume forecast for the next 3 to 6 months) for long-term personnel planning, as well as an operative forecast (daily planning on hourly or half-hourly intervals) as a basis for personnel deployment planning.
* Your data sources are primarily: Zendesk and other ticketing systems and a VoIP ACD system for the inbound customer contacts, as well as a regular, cross-departmental exchange with many colleagues in order to be able to optimally estimate the future development.

## Your Profile

* You have already gained sound experience in the area of reporting and forecasting within a customer service and have a corresponding affinity for numbers.
* Good understanding of databases.
* Experience of BI solutions such as Looker are a prerequisite.
* Basic SQL skills are a plus.
* Very good IT skills (especially Office 365, Excel).
* The cornerstone of your profile is a completed commercial training and relevant professional experience.
* Fluent written and spoken English, German language skills are desirable.
* Reliability and the ability to react quickly to different situations characterize you.
* You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy thinking outside the box and changing the way things are done.
* You are characterized by your problem-solving ability and a high degree of initiative.
* Flexibility, as well as an independent, proactive, structured and forward-looking way of thinking and working are a matter of course for you.
