## Tasks

**PLEASE NOTE: This position can be occupied in Berlin, Zurich, Munich or completely remote in Germany or Switzerland**

**Part-time scope: 80-100%**

As Solution Champ (f/m/d) you will be at the helm of internal cross-team development projects. You are the person who makes sure everyone is on board and on track to complete the project successfully and on time. Working with interdisciplinary agile-oriented teams and being an active part in RaiseNow’s project coordination will be your focus.

In detail

Establish a project management process and continuously improve it:

*   Identify the project's overarching objective and translate it into the team to ensure a cohesive process and solution, e.g.
*   context-setting for all involved teams
*   ensuring the project's scope is defined, communicated, and received
*   Removing blockers and bottlenecks as well as handling risks
*   Facilitate knowledge-sharing between the involved teams
*   Track the progress of the project, ensure its success, and also not lose sight of the happiness of the project team
*   Ensuring smooth stakeholder management, e.g., with the team, management, partners

## Requirements

*   Leadership skills with a proven track record in IT project management
*   Motivation driver, pragmatic troubleshooter, and solution-oriented mentality
*   Critical thinking and therefore challenging the status quo and bringing in new ways of working
*   Experience in working in a product-oriented SaaS setting (valuing long-term solutions over short-term fixes)
*   Experience in coordinating programs across multiple product-oriented teams
*   Fluent in written and verbal English (at least C2), German is a big plus

Nice to have:

*   being able to understand the technical architecture of products and combinations thereof quickly
*   Experience in fundraising / with charities/charity sector
*   Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams
