- Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support
- Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux systems.
- Assist in the operation and monitoring of networks, servers and IT infrastructure.
- Help implement security solutions to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Analyze, document and resolve technical issues.
- Create and maintain IT documentation to make support understandable for everyone.
