Order Fulfillment Junior Manager

We - a sustainable beverages start-up - are seeking a driven and organized Order Fulfillment Junior Manager to join our growing team in Bangkok. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a foundational understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, eager to develop their career in a dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our order fulfillment process, from invoicing to delivery.

• Invoicing & Documentation: Oversee the accurate and timely generation of invoices and all necessary documentation for outgoing orders.
• Logistics & Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes for our drivers, considering efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer delivery schedules.
• Warehouse Operations Liaison: Work closely with our warehouse staff to coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch activities, ensuring orders are prepared for shipment according to plan.
• Driver Management: Communicate effectively with our drivers, providing them with clear instructions, addressing any issues during transit, and monitoring delivery performance.
• Inventory Planning: Collaborate with relevant teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels at our warehouses to prevent stockouts and optimize storage.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to current order fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process, such as delivery delays or discrepancies.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams (warehouse staff, drivers).
• Proficiency in using order management systems and/or inventory management software.
• Problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with invoicing procedures and logistics planning principles.

Language: Fluency in Thai and a good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred for effective communication with local teams and potential international stakeholders.
