- Integrate our existing Python-based risk models into the BI workflow.
- Create and further develop Grafana dashboards to visualize results.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of an MCP (Model Context Protocol) setup to connect our platform with modern AI applications.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and proper documentation.
- Collaborate closely with our quantitative analysts and consultants as a permanent part of the team.
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven, hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (or other SQL databases).
- Solid, practical knowledge of Python (e.g., pandas, numpy, API handling).
- Experience with dashboard creation (preferably with Grafana).
- Interest in European energy markets and risk analytics.
- Curiosity to learn about new standards such as MCP and enthusiasm for AI integration.
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English (German or another European language is a plus).
Benefits
- Weekly working time: 12–20 hours (flexible scheduling).
- A longer-term collaboration is explicitly desired.
- Work in a highly flexible, remote-friendly setup.
- Steep learning curve with real responsibility and exposure to cutting-edge energy market projects.
- Open-minded, supportive team that values new perspectives.
- Freedom to contribute your own ideas and experiment with new tools.
