Tasks
Build and optimize our growth marketing engine by focusing on user acquisition and product adoption. Your responsibilities include developing and executing innovative growth strategies across various channels and refining the campaign ROI through continuous iteration. As a vital member of the team, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing user acquisition, GEO, product onboarding & lifecycle marketing, including retention and monetization through leveraging A/B experimentation and data-driven targeting.
What you will do:
- Build and scale the growth marketing engine that maximizes user acquisition and product adoption.
- Responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies across organic, paid, web, email, in-product, and referral channels to drive product sign-ups and conversions. Constantly improve the ROI on campaigns through iteration.
- Optimize user engagement, retention, and monetization through advanced growth tactics with a strong focus on A/B experimentation, testing, and data-driven targeting.
- Identify core value propositions and product positioning that resonate with our users and drive growth across the entire lifecycle.
- Facilitate and support feature releases, content distribution, and announcements from a Growth Marketing lens.
- Collaborate closely with DevRel, Community, Growth, and Engineering teams at Qdrant.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience in growth marketing lifecycle marketing.
- 3+ years experience in marketing to a technical audience.
- Track record in growing customer acquisition utilizing new strategies and channels across organic, paid, web, email, in-product, and referral channels.
- Experience in managing paid and owned media.
- Successfully launched integrated top-of-funnel/awareness campaigns.
- Strong background or experience in marketing deep tech products like databases, search engines, and/or vector search technology.
- Experience HubSpot, Salesforce, and enrichment tools (e.g. Amplemarket). Experience with SQL and experimentation stacks.
- Independent and motivated by new challenges.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented.
- Strong content writing and content marketing experience.
- Digital event marketing experience is a plus.
