A cross-channel senior-level performance marketer responsible for planning, executing, and scaling campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, Display, and YouTube. This role requires expertise in full-funnel strategy, strong analytics, and proven success in managing high-budget accounts. The specialist will contribute to innovation, mentor junior media buyers, and collaborate across creative, CRO, and client success teams to deliver measurable business growth.
Tasks
- Plan, create, manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Manage performance across multiple client accounts, ensuring goals are hit.
- Drive performance on key client KPIs across multiple platforms.
- Build and execute cross-channel strategies that integrate creative, targeting, and funnel stages.
- Perform in-depth audits and deliver actionable recommendations for all ad accounts.
- Monitor account health, pacing, and performance daily, escalating risks proactively.
- Lead testing frameworks across platforms (ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, audiences).
- Provide cross-channel insights to improve allocation of spend and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with internal Creative, CRO, and Client Success teams.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance workflows, ideation, or analysis
- Mentor and guide junior specialists/coordinators across paid media channels.Stay updated with industry trends and platform changes across Google and Meta ecosystems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Paid Media, with at least 2 years in Google Ads (Search + Display).
- Proven success managing and scaling high ad budgets across multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of funnel KPIs and advanced attribution.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking setups is a bonus.
- Analytical mindset: able to interpret complex data, build reports, and make performance-driven decisions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Bonus: Hands-on creative experience (UGC, Canva, video, etc.)
