Reporting Engineer – Asset Management Mandate Reporting

For our client, a bank in Zurich, we are looking for a Reporting Engineer to provide temporary support to the AM Mandate Reporting Team within the Institutional Clients Platform.

The role is intended as an all-round support function for the mandate reporting team, particularly supporting ongoing project work, production cycles, data quality activities, reporting operations and mandate onboarding processes.

• Support the AM Mandate Reporting Team in daily operations and ongoing project work
• Perform data quality checks, data validations, corrections and follow-ups during production cycles
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity and availability within reporting processes
• Collaborate with internal service teams to clarify issues and implement fixes
• Handle ad-hoc requests, mailbox support and operational reporting inquiries
• Support mandate onboarding and RFP-related processes
• Clarify reporting requirements with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers
• Draft, review and adjust reports and reporting-related documentation
• Manage and track Jira tickets, tasks and open issues
• Support the implementation of client-specific category strategy changes
• Conduct functionality testing and ensure correctness of reporting outputs

• Assist in preparing business specifications and process documentation

• Several years of experience in Asset Management
• Strong knowledge of mandate reporting processes and operations
• Experience in data quality checks, data validation and ensuring data availability
• Good understanding of reporting tools and databases
• SQL knowledge is an advantage
• CRIMS knowledge is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Structured, proactive and quality-oriented working style
• High sense of ownership and reliability
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
