CNC Milling Specialist / CNC Machinist (m/f/d)

We are currently hiring experienced CNC professionals for a well-established, family-owned manufacturing company with over 30 years of expertise in high-precision metal processing.

The company works with demanding industries, including laser and aerospace sectors, and offers a modern production environment.

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Independently manufacture complex single parts and series
• Read and work with technical drawings
• Ensure high quality standards of produced components
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting

⚠️ Only qualified specialists – no machine operators

• Completed training as CNC machinist (Zerspanungsmechaniker) or industrial mechanic, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining
• Ability to set up machines independently
• Experience with complex parts and precision work
• German (B1) preferred or English possible for strong candidates

• Permanent employment contract
• Salary: €18–23 gross per hour
