We are looking for you as a **working student (gn)** in **Recruiting** inour HR team at our headquarters in **Fulda**.

## Your Role

* You will support us throughout the entire application and hiring process: from job posting to onboarding
* You will create new job postings and select suitable recruiting channels
* You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience
* You will help maintain our applicant management system (HR tool Personio)
* After comprehensive training, you will take on independent responsibility for selected positions and accompany the entire application process
* If necessary, you will approach top talent through active sourcing
* In addition, you will proactively support us in our day-to-day business and gain insights into international HR work

## Your Skills

* You are preferably studying economics, psychology, or a similar subject, ideally with a focus on human resources, marketing, or communication
* Ideally, you have already gained some experience in international recruiting and have found your professional goal in this field
* You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
* You are a team player, work independently, and are reliable
* You are communicative, open-minded, and show initiative
* You have a keen interest in recruiting and enjoy thinking outside the box in the field of human resources
