As a **Process Intelligence** **Senior Consultant,** you’ll take ownership of high-impact client projects, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and act as a strategic advisor in our client’s competetive edge.  
Your expertise will help our clients gain transparency, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes — all while shaping our growing consulting practice.  
  
## What your role will look like

* Take the lead in client engagements: from scoping workshops and opportunity assessments to value realization
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across functions such as Finance, Procurement, and Sales
* Drive the design of tailored, value-driven solutions using process mining and operational insights
* Collaborate closely with our Data Science team to shape innovative use cases and ensure delivery excellence
* Contribute to strategic initiatives and help scale our consulting team through best practices
* Be part of fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

## Your profile

* A degree in Business Management, Economics, IT, or a related field
* 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or process improvement
* Strong business acumen and a passion for helping companies unlock value through data and technology
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear, confident way
* Proven track record in leading client projects or strategic initiatives
* A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to balance detail with big picture thinking
* Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar project management systems
* Fluency in German and English
  
 **Nice to have**  
* Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis)
