These are our current challenges and future goals:

In this role, you’ll build and continuously iterate AI-powered operational workflows within the architecture defined by our senior engineers. Your focus is on implementing agents, connectors, and automations that reduce manual work and increase consistency across Customer Support, Operations, and Web.

Your north star is operational impact at scale. By delivering the workflows teams interact with every day, you expand Glow25’s automation footprint across CS and Ops, improve speed and reliability, and ensure our AI layer grows quickly and safely through new agents, integrations, and use cases.

This is where we need your support:

• At the core of this role, you design, build, and own end-to-end AI-powered workflows that solve real operational challenges — from WISMO requests and subscription changes to refunds and complex support inquiries.
• By building and maintaining connectors and tools via our integration layer, you enable AI agents to interact seamlessly with Glow25 systems.
• When it comes to operational knowledge, you create and optimize retrieval logic, queries, and indexing so policies and SOPs are always accessible, reliable, and up to date.
• In close collaboration with Customer Support, Operations, and Web teams, you translate real business needs into scalable technical workflows that make a tangible impact.
• Throughout the entire lifecycle, you take ownership of iteration, debugging, testing, and evaluation to ensure workflows are robust, reliable, and safe in production.
• As automation opportunities emerge, you continuously expand and refine our automation landscape and turn new use cases into high-impact solutions.

You have the following experience:

• You have strong backend engineering fundamentals and enjoy building reliable, scalable systems.
• You’re experienced in integrating APIs and designing data or process flows that connect multiple systems seamlessly.
• You’re familiar with LLM orchestration concepts and retrieval patterns — or highly motivated to deepen your expertise in this space.
• You’re comfortable working with established architectural patterns and enjoy implementing solutions based on guidance from senior engineers.
• You approach debugging and problem-solving in a structured, hands-on way and continuously iterate to improve quality and performance.
