Welcome to Glow25!

We are a dynamic, fast-growing beauty and pro-aging company based in Berlin.

Our heartfelt mission: Glow moments that last — for our community and for us as a team.

Work at Glow25 should inspire, excite, and be fun. That’s why we’re looking for smart, empathetic people who take ownership and grow with us.

Join Glow25 and help us redefine beauty. We’re excited to meet you!

These are our current challenges and future goals:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Campaigns and Content Manager who will lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of all 360° marketing campaigns at Glow25 — from brand moments and product launches to seasonal activations and performance pushes across all digital channels.

In addition to campaign management, you will support hands-on content management across our digital stores to ensure consistent.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and combines strategic thinking with strong operational discipline.

This is where we need your support:

360° Campaign Management: You lead the full lifecycle of integrated campaigns—from strategy and planning to execution and retrospective. You orchestrate all teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, on brand, and consistently across every channel and market.

Shopify Content Management: You own content updates across all store instances, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and flawless execution during key launches. You manage onsite changes, QA, and asset coordination to keep our digital presence aligned with campaign goals and brand standards.

Strategic & Analytical Contribution: You bring customer insights, competitive learnings, and performance data into campaign planning. You identify optimization opportunities across channels and formats to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Reporting & Evaluation: You lead post-campaign reviews, transforming results into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You track operational KPIs to strengthen alignment, readiness, and execution quality across teams.

You have the following experience:

3–5+ years in campaign management or integrated marketing, ideally in eCommerce (wellness/beauty/supplements a plus).

Fluent English & German (C1-2) is required. Additional languages such as Dutch, Italian, or Spanish are a strong plus.

Strong Shopify content management skills, including navigating, updating, and QA’ing onsite content and assets.

Advanced project management capabilities (Asana or similar) and the ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign, channel, and website performance data (GA4/BI tools a plus).

Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned environments.

Excellent communication, high attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

That's something you can look forward to:

Work flexibly, in the way that suits you best. Work when and where you’re most productive – with flexible hours and smart time tracking.

Home office? Done right. We’ve got you covered: receive a one-time €500 allowance to set up your perfect workspace.

Fully equipped from day one. Mac or Windows – you choose what works best for you.

Glow Card – your monthly treat. Get €50 every month to spend however you like – that’s €600 a year, just because.

Learning is part of the deal. Whether it’s our Glowcademy, dedicated learning time, or personal development support – we invest in you, not just in numbers.

Let’s Glow! Enjoy 40% off our entire product range – yes, everything.

Take a break – you’ve earned it. 30 vacation days + 1 personal holiday + up to 10 additional unpaid days off when you need a real reset. Oh, and New Year’s Eve? That’s a day off too!

Stay healthy, stay glowing. Our company health insurance reimburses up to €600 per year for extras like vision aids, alternative medicine, or dental cleanings.

Thinking ahead. After your probation period, we’ll contribute €600 toward your pension plan – and if you add more, we’ll top it up with an extra 20%.

Exclusive partner perks. Get access to discounts and special offers from top brands through our corporate benefit platforms.

Team spirit to go. Our Glow25 merch is more than just fabric – it’s your badge of belonging.

Culture that truly shines. For five years in a row, we’ve been recognized as a Top Company on Kununu - proof of the strong, positive, and genuine culture we live every day.

Yay! You've made it this far!

But there’s one more thing we want to say: Don’t hesitate! Especially if you’re a woman, or from an underrepresented group. Even if you don’t check every box, we want to encourage you to apply anyway. We believe that a diverse range of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger – and the stronger our team is, the better we can fulfil our mission of helping people bring more energy into their daily lives.
