These are our current challenges and future goals:

At Glow25, we’re looking for a Junior Analytics Engineer to join our central Data team. You’ll help us build reliable and scalable data models and enable self-serve analytics across the company. This role is a great fit if you already have solid SQL skills and are excited to grow your knowledge of modern data tech like dbt, GCP, Lightdash, etc. You’ll work closely with business teams to ensure data is structured and accessible for day-to-day decision-making.

This is where we need your support:

• Data Modeling: You support the development and maintenance of modular, well-documented data models using SQL
• Data Preparation: Create curated tables to power dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement basic tests and validations to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate data solutions
• Documentation & Maintenance: Maintain clear documentation of data models, transformations, and metrics to support transparency and knowledge sharing

You have the following experience:

• You have working knowledge of SQL and feel confident writing and understanding queries
• You understand the basics of data modeling and how data structures work
• You’re curious about analytics engineering tools and modern data workflows
• You’re interested in data visualization and have a sense for business context
• You communicate clearly and work in a structured and detail-oriented way
