## Tasks

*   **As a UI/UX designer you will be responsible for the designing the layouts of end user applications and all the other designing needs for the Tech team.**
*   **Helping create documentation and tutorial material.**
*   **Creating user-centred designs by understanding requirements.**
*   **Improving user experience by understanding the user requirements.**
*   **With your creative thinking you know how to turn complex challenges into user-friendly designs that work. With this you know how to inspire, advise and activate our customers. You make our platform more challenging and ready for the future. You work closely with developers.**

## Requirements

*   **You are a bachelor’s or master student.**
*   **You describe yourself as positive, proactive, assertive and you are a teamplayer;**
*   **You have strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver results;**
*   **Motivated self-starter taking ownership with ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities;**
*   **Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.**
*   **You are a creative talent with a natural sense of design.**
*   **You must have working or practical knowledge of Figma, Adobe, Sketch, Framer or any designing tool.**
