Requirements Engineer

• Gather, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for digital platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
• Support backlog structuring, sprint planning, and refinement sessions with product owners and developers
• Ensure traceability and alignment between business goals, technical implementation, and delivered outcomes
• Validate solutions against requirements through reviews, testing, and stakeholder feedback

• Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in software projects
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured documentation
• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or process modeling tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Experience in digital platform projects (finance, sports, or enterprise systems) is an advantage
