What you’ll build

You are engineering the Agentic layer. You are moving the product from a passive tool to a self-driving operating system.

• Agentic workflows: Automating end-to-end business processes with autonomous agents
• Grounded intelligence: Merging the generative power of AI with the ground truth of business data.
• Hybrid data store: Architectures merging structured (relational) and unstructured (vector) data to synthesize high-level business insights.
• Proactive monitoring: A system where problems surface themselves. The software identifies bottlenecks and suggests solutions before the user asks.

What you bring

You love deep-diving into ambiguous, complex problems and surfacing with a production-ready solution.

• Applied AI: You have leveraged AI to solve real-world problems. You are now eager to apply that experience to building complex agents and orchestration systems.
• State of the art: You keep up with the latest research and have the drive to implement SOTA concepts (Reasoning, Multi-Agent systems, Ontology) into a live product.
• Software engineering background and Python efficiency: you are comfortable with developing in a modern python environment and you are able to ship automonously.
• Autonomy: You own your topics. You can take a complex, ambiguous problem, solve it, and ship it end-to-end.
