To strengthen their Performance Marketing Team, we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Retail Media / Omnichannel (f/m/d) in Hamburg.
Tasks
- Develop and execute retail media and omnichannel performance marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize campaigns across retail media networks and platforms (e.g. Amazon, OTTO, eBay, Walmart, Criteo, CitrusAd)
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable optimization measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new retail media opportunities
- Drive innovation and contribute to the development of retail media best practices
- Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Retail Media
- Hands-on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Criteo, CitrusAd, Walmart, eBay, OTTO, or similar
- Proven track record of managing successful, ROI-driven campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to continuously learn
- Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
