## Tasks

**Your Responsibilities**

*   Serve as the primary contact for **business inquiries** and **customer communications**, ensuring professional and timely responses.
*   Conduct **market research and competitor analysis** to identify new opportunities for growth.
*   Support company visibility through **marketing campaigns and content creation** for promotional materials.
*   Organize and oversee **event planning, trade shows, conferences, and partner meetings**, including logistics and coordination.
*   Assist in **internal sales and customer management processes**, supporting lead generation and follow-up processes

## Requirements

**Your Experience**

*   At least **2 years of experience** in sales, marketing, or a related field.
*   Strong **communication and networking skills** with a proactive mindset.
*   Fluency in **German (B2-C1)** and **English (B2) - company language**.
*   Familiarity with **digital marketing tools, CRM software, and cloud-based office applications**.
*   Ability to **multi-task and work independently** in a fast-paced startup environment.
