## Tasks

**What You’ll Do**

*   Take full ownership of projects from conception to deployment, in iteration cycles.
*   Deliver high quality code with a high productivity rate
*   Boost our endeavors in AI, LLMs, ML and Data Science
*   Foster a collaborative, supportive and highly performing team environment.
*   Conduct regular code reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members, raising them to the next level.

**Responsibilities**

*   Exhibit strong proficiency in full stack development.
*   Architect scalable and maintainable software and infrastructure solutions.
*   Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
*   Effectively communicate project requirements, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
*   Proactively identify and address technical challenges.
*   Implement innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
*   Develop project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
*   Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.

## Requirements

*   Great Typescript and SQL skills
*   Good to have: React, react-admin, Next.js, Nest.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL
*   Great to have: Knowledge in data engineering (ETL) and in data analytics
*   Test methodologies and their tools (Jest or similar)
*   Very good knowledge of security and its best practices
*   Cloud-Experience with Azure, AWS, Heroku, Vercel
*   Agile and SCRUM process management methodology
*   Excellent verbal and written communication and conceptualization skills in English (German is a plus)
*   Good time management and organizational skills
