Development

Ready to make a paws-itive impact in the pet world? Join Lassie, the InsurTech company growing fast across the Swedish, German, and French pet markets. With €23 million in Series B funding, we are on a mission to build the best pet insurance experience out there.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape what comes next. If you enjoy building products that solve real customer problems and drive measurable impact, we would love to hear from you. You will report to the Head of Product.

Location requirement: This role is based in Stockholm, and candidates must either be located in Stockholm or be able to visit our Stockholm office at least twice per week.

Tasks

What you’ll lead:

End-to-end product management. You will identify high-impact opportunities, define the right problems to solve, and work closely with Design and Engineering to deliver solutions that move key metrics.

Strategic product planning. You will partner with the Head of Product to shape how Lassie evolves into a broader pet care ecosystem.

Multi-track execution. You will keep several initiatives moving at the same time, while staying clear on priorities and impact.

Cross-team collaboration. You will connect product direction with Marketing, Country Managers, Claims, and Customer Support, making sure decisions are understood and executed well across the organisation.

Impact measurement. You will define success metrics, run experiments, track outcomes, and bring learnings back into the roadmap quickly.

No job is too small. Whether it is improving content, updating translations, or drafting customer comms, you will step in where needed to keep momentum high.

Requirements

Who you are:

Strategic and decisive.
You can move between long-term thinking and hands-on execution, and you know how to make smart trade-offs.

A proactive owner. You spot opportunities and act on them without waiting for someone to ask.

Data-informed and insight-driven. You use data well, but you also trust judgment and customer insight.

Comfortable with structure, but not dependent on it. You use frameworks when they help, and you know when to keep things simple.

Collaborative. You work well with engineers and designers and know how to get the best out of a team.

Customer-focused. You build a deep understanding of pet parents and bring that into product decisions.

Hands-on. You are happy to jump into whatever gap exists today so the team can ship value fast.
