Our client, a global leader in engineering and industrial technology, is looking to hire a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join its international ERP Centre of Excellence. This is a permanent opportunity to work on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, collaborating with global teams and helping shape the future of digital finance processes.

The Role

As a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising SAP Finance solutions across a global organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, standardised ERP solutions while driving continuous process improvement.

• Design, configure and implement SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions
• Support global SAP implementation and enhancement projects
• Identify opportunities to optimise finance processes using the latest SAP capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries
• Provide functional expertise, solution demonstrations and user support
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices within the team

• At least 2 years' experience delivering or supporting SAP ERP projects, including full lifecycle implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO
• Good understanding of integrations with other SAP modules
• Experience working in Agile environments is an advantage
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
