I’m currently working with a client in Basel who is looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to join their in-house SAP Competence Center on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong SAP HCM functional background who enjoys combining hands-on operational work with project involvement in an S/4HANA environment.

• Owning and developing SAP HCM processes in S/4HANA
• Working across Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration
• Collaborating with stakeholders on SAP projects and process improvements

• Solid experience in SAP HCM
• Structured, independent working style
• Strong German language skills

• Stable in-house position (no consulting travel)
• Strong focus on core HCM modules
• Exposure to S/4HANA HR landscape
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors
• Long-term development opportunities within a well-established environment
