SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Location: NRW (Düsseldorf, Cologne, Dortmund, Bielefeld) or hybrid

Type: Full-time/ SAP HCM specialized consulting company | Start: ASAP / flexible

• Support, customize, and optimize SAP HCM German Payroll (PY-DE)
• Configure schemas, wage types, and payroll processes
• Advise HR teams and coordinate with PA, PT, OM, FI/CO
• Run payroll cycles, resolve errors, and manage retro-calculations
• Work on projects such as S/4HANA migration, Payroll Control Center, and SuccessFactors Payroll
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support and create documentation

• 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE)
• Strong payroll customizing skills and solid knowledge of German payroll
• Project experience is a plus
• Fluent German (C1–C2), English is an advantage
