How Does This Role Contribute?

As the Head of Group Consolidation and Reporting, you will lead all aspects of group financial consolidation, related accounting and reporting. Your role will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial data, directly supporting an ambitious private equity-driven "buy and build" growth strategy. You will play a key role in integrating new acquisitions, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, and preparing the group strategically for future exit events.

Qualifikation

What Competencies Are Required?

Must-Have Competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in complex, international group accounting and consolidation.

• In-depth knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER.

• Proficiency with financial consolidation tools, especially LucaNet.

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

• Skilled in Power BI for data visualization and management reporting.

• Native-level German and fluent English (both written and spoken).

• Valid Swiss work authorization or eligibility to work in Switzerland without sponsorship.

• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Autonomous and proactive mindset with resilience and strong results orientation.

• Exceptional ability to clearly present complex financial data, including graphical formats.

Nice-to-Have Competencies:

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or Swiss equivalent).

• Experience within a private equity-backed environment, including direct involvement in PMI and PPA processes.

• Previous experience in a Big Four audit/assurance firm.

• Experience in designing and maintaining internal control systems (ICS).

Benefits

Compensation and Benefits:

Fixed Compensation: CHF 120,000 – CHF 140,000 annually (100% workload).

Bonus: Discretionary, up to CHF 15,000.

Pension Plan: Mid-management category under Swiss BVG structure.

Vacation: 25 days per year (1st and 2nd year), increasing to 30 days from the 3rd year.

Flexible Working: Option for up to 2 days of remote work per week.
