Who we are
As a digital hub for directory brands, we connect people with SMEs, help with the digitalisation of public authorities and companies and try to bring our know-how and new technologies into our own projects and services.
As a Brand & UX Writer, you’ll help us shape how our directory brands sound and feel across product and marketing. You’ll craft clear, human messaging that improves usability, builds trust, and strengthens our brand across every touchpoint.

Aufgaben

Your mission
Together with the team, you’ll define and scale our brand voice and UX writing system across 3+ brands from product microcopy to content patterns, messaging guidelines, and reusable templates.

Create and maintain content patterns & templates that speed up shipping and keep experiences consistent

Help define our brand voice & tone, ensuring it translates clearly across multiple brands

Use the full range of writing skills to discover, design and deliver

Partner closely with Product Design and Product/Engineering to shape user flows early — not just “at the end”

Support key brand moments: landing pages, emails, campaigns, and feature announcements (as needed)

Own your impact

You’ll actively foster a strong content culture, shaping collaborative writing practices across the company

Comfort making decisions in ambiguity, and explaining trade-offs in plain language

Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive writing best practices

Tools

Comfortable with tools like Figma (copy in context), Google Workspace, Notion; bonus: experience with localization workflows

If this role excites you but you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Research suggests people from underrepresented groups in particular may be less likely to apply unless they meet every listed requirement.
We’d much rather hear from you and have a conversation, please send over
