Paragon International University is pleased to invite applications for a Part-Time Lecturer to teach ITL 112 – Introduction to Logistics. This foundational course introduces students to the principles, functions, and practices of logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on real-world business and regional (ASEAN/Cambodia) contexts.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building students’ understanding of logistics systems, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution networks.
Tasks
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical activities for ITL 112 – Introduction to Logistics.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in line with the approved syllabus.
- Integrate real-world logistics cases, especially from Cambodia and ASEAN.
- Facilitate student learning through discussions, group work, and problem-solving exercises.
- Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and comply with university policies.
- Collaborate with the ITL Department on curriculum improvement and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Transportation, or a related field.
- Practical experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, warehousing, or transportation is highly preferred.
- Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
