Together with the management of **Neumann Kaffee Gruppe** we are looking for you as **IT Administrator MS Dynamics 365** (m/f/d) in **Hamburg**.  
  
At **Neumann Kaffee Gruppe**, a leading global green coffee service provider, internationality and diversity with around 3000 employees in 26 countries meet the corporate culture of an independent family business.  
  
The Neumann Kaffee Gruppe is currently undergoing a global digital transformation process in which you as **IT Administrator MS Dynamics 365** (m/f/d) will play a key role in the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

## Tasks

*   You will ensure day-to-day operations and support the company-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in collaboration with external service providers and internal contacts
*   You will manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure in a Microsoft Azure environment and assist with support requests and troubleshooting
*   You monitor system performance, keep an eye on possible optimisation needs and thus support the improvement of the infrastructure of the entire group of companies 
*   You form the interface to the service providers and are responsible for licence management

## Requirements

*   You are experienced in the further development and administration of company-wide software solutions; preferably with MS Dynamics 365 
*   You have sound knowledge in the cloud solution area, ideally in MS Azure
*   You are communicative, have a strong customer and solution orientation and are used to working with different stakeholders 
*   You have a good command of English and experience of working in an international context
