As an SAP Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will become an employee of a traditional company and bring your expertise to a dynamic environment and international team.
Aufgaben
- You act as the interface between departments, IT, and external partners, ensuring the smooth operation of the SAP environment
- You are in constant communication with external service providers and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual terms
- You conduct regular performance analyses and optimizations to ensure optimal performance of the SAP systems
- You take the lead in planning, coordinating, and implementing technical SAP projects (e.g., SAP GUI/NWBC rollouts or system upgrades)
- You strengthen the competence team’s expertise, acting as a sparring partner and backup for competence team colleagues in selected streams
Qualifikation
- You have successfully completed vocational training or an academic degree in a technically relevant field
- Ideally, you are experienced in monitoring and managing contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with third-party providers; alternatively, you are confident in taking this on as your next career step
- You have several years of experience in the SAP environment, whether in administration, consulting or another SAP-related role
- You possess a good understanding of common SAP technologies and ideally have technical knowledge in Basis, integration/middleware, transport management or ABAP
- You communicate proactively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders in fluent English and German
