A well-established company specializing in commercial kitchen and industrial equipment is seeking an experienced Service Technician to lead its technical service operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise a team of 2 employees.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment.
• Handle electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Manage and follow up on service tickets.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate repair requests.
• Provide technical support related to company products.
• Travel throughout the United States and Canada as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in equipment maintenance, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Experience in technical service and customer service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
