We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service / Receptionist to join a reputable insurance company located in the Westchester area of Miami.
π Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced insurance environment.
π Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM β 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
One Saturday per month: 10:00 AM β 2:00 PM

Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Provide accurate information regarding insurance services
Support administrative and front desk operations
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Deliver high-quality customer service in both English and Spanish

Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles
