HVAC Service Manager/HVAC Field Service Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven HVAC Service Manager to join a growing air conditioning company based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This is a long-term and stable opportunity for a motivated professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership experience in the HVAC industry.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000/year + Bonuses

esponsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of HVAC installation projects.
• Lead and support a team of technicians and office personnel.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely installations.
• Prepare accurate and detailed sales proposals and manage project closeouts.
• Monitor job progress and ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients to provide excellent service and resolve issues.
• Manage employee schedules and job assignments using internal systems.
• Work closely with the sales and installation departments to meet business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, especially in installation.
• Previous experience in a management or leadership role in the HVAC industry.
• Strong background in sales operations including proposals and closeouts.
• Proficient in computer systems and software related to scheduling and quoting.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
