We are looking for two talented and creative **Art Director** to join our team on a freelance basis. If you are passionate about creating engaging content, have a flair for storytelling, and enjoy working remotely, we want to hear from you!

## Tasks

*   Develop and oversee creative concepts for video campaigns, from ideation to final cut.
*   Storyboard and direct short-form videos that resonate with social audiences.
*   Collaborate with creators, editors, and internal teams to ensure content feels authentic and on-brand.
*   Lead visual storytelling across channels with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, and audience engagement.
*   Continuously test and iterate video formats based on performance and platform trends.

## Requirements

*   3+ years of experience in video content creation, ideally in a creative agency or social-first brand.
*   Proven experience storyboarding and directing short-form videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
*   Strong understanding of creator-style content — raw, engaging, and optimized for social (not overly polished).
*   Comfortable leading creative direction from concept to post-production.
*   Bonus: experience working directly with creators or influencers.
