We are looking for a talented graphic designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling to elevate our creative projects.

## Tasks

*   Take an active role in the entire creative process, from brainstorming to final delivery.
*   Create high-quality visual assets for a variety of creative ad concepts across Meta and TikTok.
*   Collaborate with the team to understand creative briefs, design needs, and deadlines.
*   Ensure pixel-perfect designs with strong attention to detail, typography, and aesthetics.
*   Provide technical assistance and best practices for file management and digital standards.
*   Contribute proactively to ideation and creative solutions to enhance campaign performance.

## Requirements

*   Must be an Adobe Suite expert (primarily: Photoshop & Illustrator)
*   Experience working in Figma
*   Must have experience and proven track record working with paid social ads
*   Experience working with FinTech clients is a huge plus
*   Passion for the start-up space with a focus on copywriting and a demonstrable understanding of the market and trends
*   A solution-driven personality, proactive in being able to influence creative decision-making to better drive our KPIs and social metrics
*   Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; a self-starting attitude and enthusiasm are a must
