## Tasks

*   Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung des Online-Shops
*   Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail und Telefon
*   Verwaltung und Optimierung von Produktinformationen und -beschreibungen
*   Mithilfe bei der Planung und Durchführung von Marketingaktionen
*   Analyse von Verkaufsdaten und Erstellung von Berichten
*   Unterstützung im Bereich Social Media und Content-Erstellung
*   Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

## Requirements

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, E-Commerce oder einem verwandten Studiengang

Interesse an Padel und/oder Erfahrung im E-Commerce

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)

Kenntnisse in Content-Management-Systemen und Bildbearbeitungssoftware sind von Vorteil

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
