Although Paris based, P1 Security is a full remote company split across 14 countries.
About the Role
The Key Account Manager will lead P1 Security’s sales efforts, responsible for developing and managing key client relationships in the European region while driving the adoption of our security solutions within the largest accounts in the world (MNO aka Telecom Operators aka ISPs aka CSPs).
This is a strategic, high-impact role that requires full ownership of the sales cycle, including a very sharp and creative mind to adapt to the technical, economical, regulatory and sometimes geopolitical realities of our customers challenges whilst leveraging an absolute killer of a team to support you in your sales endeavors (consultants, researchers, product)

Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts and secure new business across P1 Security’s portfolio of products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their challenges and presenting tailored solutions that drive measurable value.
- Actively identify and pursue new opportunities within MNO, regulators and large enterprises
- Actively participate in our channel and partner management strategy, critical to our success
Sales Ownership
- Own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations and finance) to align client needs with P1 Security’s offerings.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of sales activities and results in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in telecom and critical infrastructure security.
- Represent P1 Security at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and connect with potential customers.
Travel Requirements
- Travels across EU to meet clients and prospects, build relationships, and attend relevant events.
Requirements
Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience (4 to 10 years) in sales, business development, or account management within the services to the telecommunications and/or cybersecurity sectors
- Strong understanding of either or both:
- Offensive security projects including pentests, vulnerability assessements, redteams, reverse engineering etc…
telecom infrastructure, including 5G, IMS, legacy networks (2G/3G/4G), RAN/Core, FTTx
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to come regularly to Paris to meet sales and general management
- Fluent in English.
Preferred
- Familiarity with technical RFP, Bid Management with large enterprises
- German, Spanish, Italian or any other european language fluency
