Outrigo is an advanced engineering company dedicated to delivering virtual and physical solutions for vehicle development that drive innovation by pushing the boundaries of technology and engineering.

We are seeking an experienced NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) Engineer to join an exciting project. The right candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment alongside a team of technicians and engineers to deliver a product that meets all attribute targets.

All applicants must be eligible to work in Spain.

Tareas

  • Plan, execute, and analyze NVH tests at the vehicle, sub-system, and component level.
  • Develop and implement NVH measurement plans, including vibration, sound, and acoustic testing.
  • Collaborate with design teams to provide recommendations for reducing noise, vibration, and harshness in vehicle systems.
  • Monitor and support prototype vehicle build processes from an NVH perspective.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for NVH-related issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure NVH targets are integrated into the vehicle development process.
  • Analyze data using specialized NVH software tools and correlate results with vehicle performance requirements.
  • Document and report findings, maintaining structured records for all NVH testing and validation activities.
  • Anticipate future NVH testing needs and implement improvements in measurement techniques and tools.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety legislation and maintain high workplace standards.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Motorsport Engineering, or related field.
  • Previous experience in NVH testing and analysis in OEM, Tier-1, or specialized testing facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of NVH measurement techniques, tools, and software (e.g., accelerometers, microphones, sound intensity, modal analysis).
  • Experience interpreting vibration, sound, and acoustic data to support design improvements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Desirable experience with proving ground testing and vehicle integration.
  • Strong teamwork skills, proactive mindset, and adaptable “startup” attitude.
  • Valid B driver’s license is required; D or C license is a plus.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication for technical reporting and client interactions.
