Project Site Supervisor

OsoolTree Company is looking for a hands-on Project Site Supervisor to oversee structural and finishing works across its residential developments in Riyadh.

This role requires strong on-site presence to supervise contractors, monitor quality, track progress against schedules, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strict site control.

• Conduct regular site inspections during structural and finishing stages
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors on daily site activities
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor construction quality and report deviations immediately
• Track actual progress against the approved project timeline
• Prepare weekly reports including progress percentage, delays, risks, and photo documentation
• Follow up on site observations until full closure
• Verify completed work before contractor payment approval
• Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained
• Attend coordination meetings and provide clear updates to management

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction-related field
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in residential projects
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
• Strong reporting and communication skills
• Firm and detail-oriented personality
• Ability to manage multiple project sites within Riyadh
