About the role
As Solution Consultant - Asset Management & Investment Workflows, you will help institutional real estate clients apply Optiml in their actual day-to-day work. Your focus is not deep technical implementation; it is helping asset managers, fund managers, transaction managers, and related investment-side users understand how to use Optiml in their role, how to interpret outputs, and how to turn the software into better portfolio, asset, and transaction decisions.
You will act as a core post-sale contact for investment-side users, leading onboarding, training, workflow enablement, and early value realization. You will independently onboard and train users, guide them through role-specific workflows, answer practical application questions, and help customers become confident in using Optiml for financial and investment-related use cases.
This is a highly client-facing role at the intersection of Delivery, Customer Success, Product, and Commercial. A key part of the role is to capture recurring workflow friction, user questions, and feature needs, and feed them back into Product and Delivery so the product and onboarding model improve continuously.

Profile & Background
You are analytical, structured, and highly client-oriented. You enjoy helping sophisticated users understand how to apply software in their real workflow, and you are credible enough to engage with investment-side real estate professionals in a practical and commercially relevant way.
You are not primarily a technical product configurator or engineer. Instead, you combine real estate investment or asset-management understanding with strong communication skills, a hands-on enablement mindset, and enough analytical depth to guide users confidently through the platform and its outputs.
Must Have
✅ 2–5 years of professional experience in institutional real estate, real estate finance, asset management, fund management, transactions, or a closely related client-facing role.
✅ Strong preference for candidates who have spent 2–3 years as a junior asset manager, junior fund manager, transaction manager, analyst, or associate in an institutional real estate environment.
✅ Proven ability to work with or support financial and investment use cases in real estate, such as business plans, Capex planning, acquisitions, portfolio analysis, or strategy setting.
✅ Strong client-facing communication skills and confidence in guiding sophisticated users through workflows and decision logic.
✅ Ability to independently onboard, train, and support users in a software environment.
✅ Highly organized, structured, and proactive way of working.
✅ Strong analytical and presentation skills.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
✅ Willingness to become a power user of Optiml and continuously deepen your understanding of the software and its workflows.
✅ Swiss or EU citizenship / work authorization, given current company constraints.
Strongly preferred
✔ Experience working directly in or with institutional asset managers, fund managers, transaction teams, real estate private equity, or real estate investment / portfolio teams.
✔ Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or software-enabled workflows for real estate.
✔ Experience training clients, internal teams, or users in structured tools / systems.
✔ Good understanding of how institutional real estate decisions are prepared, challenged, and communicated.
