**Your Mission**

You will play a key part in supporting our growth with the European Mortgage Tech market.

You will be developing, implementing and executing Oper’s strategic marketing plan in order to boost brand awareness, demand generation, and customer retention.

As our company is transitioning from a founder-driven to an independent scalable team, you'll take a key role in leading our processes and incrementally improving them. Through your work, you'll be paving the foundations for our present and future marketing organization.

## Tasks

**What you will do**

*   Develop, implement, and execute a scalable marketing strategy
*   Drive brand awareness and demand generation through a world-class online and social media presence
*   Develop positioning and messaging informed by user research, market and competitive insights, and product understanding
*   Maintain high-quality collaterals and content to effectively demonstrate our value proposition and thought leadership
*   Overlook and organise virtual and physical marketing events
*   Promote brand advocacy within our community and beyond
*   Create the grounds for a scalable and effective marketing team

## Requirements

**What you will bring**

*   A strong passion and 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing for enterprise B2B software providers
*   Specialized domain knowledge in financial services / mortgages is a plus
*   Intimate understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, trends, and technologies
*   Excellent communication skills
*   Ability to think creatively and innovatively
*   Budget-management skills and proficiency
*   Ambition and willingness to learn and experiment, while remaining honest and humble
*   Fluency in English. Dutch, French, or German are a plus.
