We're hiring a fractional Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer (freelance or temp, fulltime to ramp up and then ~2 days/week) to own our recruitment machinery. We have multiple open roles to fill and need someone who can move the needle on sourcing and keep the funnel disciplined - fast, without lowering our bar.

• Source & attract quality candidates - proactive LinkedIn scouting and outreach; build a strong top-of-funnel across all open roles
• Run the funnel - scheduling, tracking interview slots, candidate comms, keeping candidates engaged through assignments and stages
• Keep us on track - enforce our SLAs, maintain a live overview of every candidate, nudge hiring managers
• Support evaluation - help the team assess candidates consistently against job descriptions and scorecards

Reports to: COO
Location: Belgium (Antwerp area preferred)
Model: freelance or temporay payroll (6 months)

• Recruitment experience in a relevant industry (tech / SaaS / fintech / mortgage)
• Strong hands-on LinkedIn sourcing
• Exceptional organization and follow-through — many candidates and calendars in motion without dropping threads
• Fast, responsive, comfortable embedding quickly with a lean team
• A bar-raiser who protects quality under delivery pressure
