ONVY HealthTech Group GmbH is a Munich-based digital health company pioneering a new era of precision, personalized health experiences and leading the AI health revolution. ONVY is the AI-driven health intelligence layer for health, wellness, fitness, and longevity companies that think ahead: a modular, plug-and-play Health Intelligence Layer that closes the gap between fragmented health data and truly personalized, measurable health experiences. We unify 500+ health data sources (wearables, labs, nutrition, lifestyle, and more) into a compliant, real-time infrastructure and transform it into AI-powered journeys and business intelligence that drive engagement, retention, and measurable outcomes across partner ecosystems.
Driven by the shift from reactive sick care to proactive health optimization, ONVY is built privacy-first with state-of-the-art security and GDPR compliance, giving end users control while enabling partners to scale responsibly.

At ONVY, design is a core part of the product strategy, not an afterthought.
You’ll work with a small, senior, and highly autonomous team of product leaders, engineers, data scientists, and health experts. We value clarity, ownership, and thoughtful decision-making — no heavy hierarchy, no design-by-committee.
We operate remote-first, offering real flexibility in how and where you work, supported by strong async collaboration and focused product rituals. In-person moments (Munich or partner locations) are intentional, not mandatory.
You’ll have end-to-end ownership over features and systems, direct access to decision-makers, and the trust to explore, test, and refine solutions. Because we build for enterprise B2B clients and industry leaders, your work ships into real products that scale and matter.
If you enjoy autonomy, responsibility, and turning complexity into clarity — you’ll feel at home at ONVY.
