Role: Agents – Sales, Registration & Escalation Department

Shift: Rotational

Working Days: 6 days/week

Week Offs: 4 rotational offs per month

🎓 Education: Degree or Diploma in any field (Mandatory)

🗣 Language Requirements:

Punjabi: Fluent (Mandatory)

English: Preferred

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls for patient inquiries and follow-ups
• Assist with registration of new patients
• Resolve patient queries and escalations in a professional manner
• Promote company services and products during calls
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs
