## Tasks

Your Commitment will include:

*   **Collaborate with Business Managers:** Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
*   **Sourcing and Candidate Identification:** Utilize various channels to source and identify top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
*   **Candidate Screening and Evaluation:** Conduct initial screenings of candidates, assess their qualifications, and ensure alignment with position requirements. Coordinate and facilitate interviews as needed.
*   **Candidate Experience:** Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
*   **Employer Branding:** Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
*   **Data Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

## Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

*   Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
*   Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruiting.
*   Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
*   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
*   Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
*   Fluency in English.
