## Requirements

 **Achieving the difference requires**

*   Completed vocational training as a platform developer (EFZ)
*   Further education/experience in social work, vocational integration, case management, work pedagogy, or willingness to pursue such education
*   Solid knowledge of the job market in the Greater Zurich area or interest in acquiring it
*   Strong organizational skills, structured working style, and readiness to handle administrative tasks
*   Ability to remain calm, maintain an overview, and set boundaries in difficult situations
*   Constructive, solution-oriented communication and a winning demeanor
